Thank you to Sam, Jaden and Jad for making me feel valued as a customer everytime I visit the store. I always find a good item from jewelries to electronic gadgets that I can buy and they gave me good deals. Overall the store was well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Staff is always friendly, eager to help but not pushy and when i have a question if they don't know they're more then willing to learn with me so i always leave satisfied with my products. Theyre always willing to make deals so both of us are happy which is amazing. They make profit and i have savings what more can you ask for?!?! Hands down my favorite place to go for used products. The new management team is amazing!

This location does not have a lot of inventory, and the same inventory often sits for a long time. I'm sure they're moving stuff very quickly and customers don't get a chance to see some items on the shelves. Most of the time I'm not acknowledged during my visit, no greeting, nothing. Instead the team here seems to like to gossip about fraud that occurs at other locations, and openly speaking poorly about customers who visit their location. Their pricing is competitive, and the quality of the items they have are very good. It's too bad that they don't offer help for you to buy it.
