Every manager and associate in every store undergoes continuous company-sponsored education in areas of customer service, professional pawn brokering, sales and merchandising, leadership training and more. Many front-line staff have been with us for a decade or more and bring their best everyday.

I always find a good item from jewelries to electronic gadgets that I can buy and they gave me good deals. Overall the store was well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This location does not have a lot of inventory, and the same inventory often sits for a long time. I'm sure they're moving stuff very quickly and customers don't get a chance to see some items on the shelves. Most of the time I'm not acknowledged during my visit, no greeting, nothing. Instead the team here seems to like to gossip about fraud that occurs at other locations, and openly speaking poorly about customers who visit their location. Their pricing is competitive, and the quality of the items they have are very good. It's too bad that they don't offer help for you to buy it.

They have Bunch of new items coming out every week, Lots of appliances, tools, machines, jewelry and musical instruments, It’s always on heavy discounts, I find this place the best to pawn your things cause i get reminders to not miss on any payments and pick items on time, Along with all the perks you’re welcomed to store with a big smile, Their staff is very friendly and helpful, a big thanks to Jaden for always finding me products according to my needs and getting me best designs for jewelry.
