Our People Are Awesome
There are some other nice people in the Edmonton Pawn Shop business but without a doubt our people are the best. That’s because they love their jobs and are passionate about what they do. Plus, they know their stuff. Every manager and associate in every store undergoes continuous company-sponsored education in areas of customer service, professional pawn brokering, sales and merchandising, leadership training and more. Many front-line staff have been with us for a decade or more and bring their best everyday.

This location does not have a lot of inventory, and the same inventory often sits for a long time. I'm sure they're moving stuff very quickly and customers don't get a chance to see some items on the shelves. Most of the time I'm not acknowledged during my visit, no greeting, nothing. Instead the team here seems to like to gossip about fraud that occurs at other locations, and openly speaking poorly about customers who visit their location. Their pricing is competitive, and the quality of the items they have are very good. It's too bad that they don't offer help for you to buy it.
